Materials We Accept
Our process is designed for a range of PV waste streams, from whole laminates to fine-grained silicon-bearing fractions. We work with different feed formats, impurity profiles and material qualities to recover valuable fractions for further processing.
Laminates
Whole or partially pre-treated PV laminates with different levels of glass adhesion and residual contamination.
Laminate sheets after pre-recycling or dismantling steps with partially attached glass residues and remaining contamination.
Typical condition:
Glass-bearing, partially pre-treated, residual contamination
Laminates from pre-recycling stages with no or only minor glass residues attached. This category represents cleaner laminate fractions with lower surface contamination and more direct suitability for downstream processing.
Typical condition:
Low-glass, cleaner laminate fraction
Flakes
Shredded laminate flakes ranging from glass-bearing fractions to cleaner polymer-silicon material.
Shredded laminate flakes with visible glassy adhesions and residual contamination. These fractions typically originate from early recycling or shredding stages and still contain mixed material characteristics.
Typical condition:
Glass-bearing, mixed flake fraction
Shredded laminate flakes with no or only minor glass adhesion. These fractions represent a cleaner polymer-silicon material stream with lower contamination and improved downstream suitability.
Typical condition:
Low-glass, lower contamination
Granulates
Silicon-bearing granulates from mixed recycling streams to cleaner silicon-rich fractions.
Shredded solar module material with residual glass and/or organic contamination, or granulates generated in upstream recycling steps.
Typical condition:
Mixed, glass-bearing, organic residues possible
Silicon-rich granulates with no or only minor glass and organic content.
Typical condition:
Silicon-rich, lower contamination
Dusts & Fines
Fine silicon-based powders and dusts with varying levels of glass, polymer and inorganic contamination.
Fine silicon-based powders with polymer and glass contamination, including exhaust or process dusts from PV recycling streams.
Typical condition:
Mixed, glass-bearing, polymer contamination possible
Fine silicon-based powders without major glass or polymer contamination.
Typical condition:
Silicon-rich, low contamination
